1. ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM REGULATIONS
Clients are welcome to independently modify or cancel their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time through our online booking system.
For any changes required within the 48-hour window, please contact the salon directly by phone or send us an email.
2. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Clients who arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time will still be accommodated. However, beyond this 15-minute grace period, we may be unable to provide the scheduled service, and rescheduling or a no-show status may apply.
3. NO-SHOW POLICY
To ensure optimal customer service and effective time management, clients who miss their appointment three times will be subject to having future bookings declined.
A cancellation fee will be charged for any no-show appointment. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and efficiency of our service.
4. SERVICE AGREEMENT
We kindly ask all clients to review and sign our Service Agreement for certain services. This agreement outlines service details and client responsibilities. Please take a moment to sign it before your visit.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
All service and product sales are final and non-refundable.
Clients may request a correction within five (5) days of the original service date. Once approved, the client must visit the salon within two (2) weeks to complete the correction. If the client fails to attend within this timeframe, the correction will no longer be applicable, and a new appointment with standard charges will be required.
6. EARLY ACCESS SERVICE
For special occasions like weddings, proms, or events that require services outside our regular hours, early access appointments for hair and makeup are available by request.
